All bookings are subject

To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of one night's fee is required in advance + credit card details to secure room. Should you cancel your stay within 72 hrs of the booked date full room rates for all nights booked will be charged.

Payment may be made with cash, cheque, credit or debit cards.

Payments should be made upon arrival or during check-in.

Damages or theft of property are subject to charges for repair or replacement at our discretion.

All costs incurred in the recovery of monies due will be added to the amount owed. These costs will include all legal fees, debt collection fees, small claims fees, sundry disbursements, and any other amounts spent in the recovery of the debt.

Whilst every precaution is taken to provide for the security and comfort of our Guests, Guests are responsible for their own property and person. Any loss, damage, theft or accident should be reported immediately.

The person or persons making the booking are jointly and severally liable in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herewith.

The above terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted when the booking is made.
